Immune System are, The organs and processes of the body that provide resistance to infection and toxins. Organs include the thymus, bone marrow, and lymph nodes.

As we all know Knowing more about the personal care is the most important aspect in the basic life. Most parents say that kids who were born twenty to thirty years ago have it easy compared to the ones who were born in the last ten years. This is because the air and the general environment was cleaner, safer and more conducive for children back then, there were less bullying and most importantly, there were fewer diseases that kids could potentially develop or acquire.

Especially One of the main reasons why many kids today catch certain diseases easily is due to the fact that they may have low immune systems. The particular system is the body's first line of defense against different types of infections and diseases.

If toddler: continue breastfeeding your child. Breast milk has been scientifically proven to be full of antibodies that support a child's immune system. In addition, when you are sick, the antibodies you produce to fight off the infection are also boosting and toughening up your baby's health as he or she partakes of your breast milk. 


Most importantly make sure your child gets enough sleep every night. Child specialists recommend parents to have their kids get at least 10 hours of sleep each night and this varies accordingly to the age factor. 

A kid's body needs the sleep and rest to develop and grow stronger. Studies also show that kids who don't get sufficient sleep won't be able to produce interleukin-1, a specific kind of protein created by certain cells that prevents bugs from getting into the body through their skin.
