Potato Chips Preparation



Crunchy Russet Potato Chips can be your favorite Snack time food, which could be cooked in less than an hour time.

Ingredients:

2 Medium Russet Potatoes
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Chopped Rosemary
1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic
1 pinch Salt

Can be served to: 4 people.
Preparation time: 40 mts

Preparation:
  • Take 1 head of garlic, cut the topside off. 
  • Placed into aluminum foil with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and cook for 20 minutes. When finished cool and set aside.
  • Scrub potatoes under running water.
  • On a clean cutting board cut potatoes lengthwise.
  • Now with a peeler peel potato strips right into a mixing bowl full of water.
  • Soak potatoes for 30 minutes; change the water several times..
  • Place the frying bowl over the gas flame and add oil and heat it up to 180c. In a mixing bowl Toss potato strips with remaining olive oil. Place chips into fry basket.
  • Set the timer for 28 to 30 minutes. Cook until golden brown.
  • While chips are cooking combine sour cream,
  • Roasted garlic, ½ tbsp chopped rosemary, & salt.
  • Finish the potato chips with remaining ½ tbsp
  • Chopped rosemary and salt.
