Potato Chips Preparation
Crunchy Russet Potato Chips can be your favorite Snack time food, which could be cooked in less than an hour time.
Ingredients:
2 Medium Russet Potatoes
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Chopped Rosemary
1 Tbsp Roasted Garlic
1 pinch Salt

Preparation:
- Take 1 head of garlic, cut the topside off.
- Placed into aluminum foil with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and cook for 20 minutes. When finished cool and set aside.
- Scrub potatoes under running water.
- On a clean cutting board cut potatoes lengthwise.
- Now with a peeler peel potato strips right into a mixing bowl full of water.
- Soak potatoes for 30 minutes; change the water several times..
- Place the frying bowl over the gas flame and add oil and heat it up to 180c. In a mixing bowl Toss potato strips with remaining olive oil. Place chips into fry basket.
- Set the timer for 28 to 30 minutes. Cook until golden brown.
- While chips are cooking combine sour cream,
- Roasted garlic, ½ tbsp chopped rosemary, & salt.
- Finish the potato chips with remaining ½ tbsp
- Chopped rosemary and salt.
