Crispy Potato Balls are the favorite snack time food, which can be served based on the quantity. 

Potato Cheese balls

Ingredients:

2 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Egg Yolk
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Chives, Finely Chopped
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 pinch Nutmeg, Ground
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
½ cup Breadcrumbs

Procedure

  • Boil the potato cubes in salted water for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and mass finely with a potato masher or ricer. Cool completely.
  • Add the egg yolk, cheese, flour and chives to the potato.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Shape the potato mixture into the size of golf balls
  • Place each potato ball into the flour, then the eggs and then the breadcrumbs and roll into
  • a cylinder shape.
  • You can use cadai/oven/Airfyer to make.
  • Place half of the croquettes into the Airfryer basket and cook for 7-8 minutes or until
  • golden brown.
  • Repeat until all croquettes are cooked.
