What ever your age would be, the key component to any fitness program or walking program is to have a self motivation. Motivation improves the ability of once perceptiveness. It boost the confidence level in individual. Motivation is a fuel for weight loss. Keeping a regular walking routine can be difficult once the initial newness wears off.
