Ingredients
Ragi grains 1 cup
Urad dal 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Method
Soak the grain till sprouts start growing.
Roast and grind as flour.
Grind soaked urad dal.
Mix with soaked ragi flour and leave overnight to facilitate fermentation.
Add salt, pour the mixture into greased idli stand and steam. Serve with coconut chutney.
