Salmon Fish:

In sea/marine foods category Salmon holds the rich keratin protein in it, which the most essential key structural component for hair. Salmon produces a protein that is required for keratin. If you want to improve your hair strength than a smart choice is to prefer keratin.

Salmon is a hair health booster it helps in hair growth and keeps it strong and healthy. Salmon is loaded with rich omega 3 fatty acids, and vitamin content in it.

Honey

Honey a natural ingredient used for many therapies in medicines. Honey is used for many skin related diseases like itching, scaling and hair loss. Honey makes the skin on the scalp smooth and stronger.

The mixture of honey with yogurt is so good for dandruff treatment. As per the study observed on patients who are suffering with seborrheic dermatitis, there would be decreased hair loss and improvement in hair health was observed after applying the honey mixture to their scalp and hair.

Nuts and Seeds:

Last but the not the least, proper Oiling to the Scalp Skin so important to keep the hair hydrated all the times. Oiling helps the hair roots to be strong and frees your scalp from dandruff.

It is advised to apply the oil on the scalp 20-30 mts before taking the bath.
